Keeping your pet properly hydrated is vital to their health—especially during the hot summer months. ☀️🐶🐱
While it might not always be obvious, even mild dehydration can affect your pet’s energy, appetite, and overall well-being. Paying attention to how much they’re drinking—and knowing what signs to look for—can make a big difference.

📞 Don’t wait—if you're noticing any of these symptoms, give us a call or shoot us a text. It's always better to be safe than sorry!

🔥 How hot is too hot? Spoiler: It’s hotter than you think.

With this weekend’s high temps, it’s crucial to protect your pets—especially from the heat and the pavement! 🥵 On an 85° day, asphalt can reach over 130°, hot enough to burn paw pads in seconds.

🚗 Cars heat up fast—even with windows cracked, the inside can hit 120° within 30 minutes.
🐾 Pavement and blacktop get dangerously hot. If you can’t touch it with your hand for 5 seconds, it’s too hot for your pet’s paws.
💦 Walk pets early or late, stick to grass, and never leave them in parked vehicles.
📞 If you see a pet left in a car, try to find the owner or call 911.

Let’s keep our furry family members safe and cool this weekend!

We invite you to share a photo or memory of a cherished pet who has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Let’s remember them together. 🐾
