🐾 Please Welcome Jarvis & Koa to Their 2-Week Board & Train! 🐾

These two housemates have joined us for a combined 2-week board and train program, and we're excited to help them become the best versions of themselves!

Jarvis is here because he has a few habits that have gotten him into trouble. He struggles with excessive barking, trust and confidence issues, pulling and controlling the leash during walks, and generally prefers to make his own rules rather than follow his owner's guidance. Over the next two weeks, we'll be working on building structure, clear communication, confidence, impulse control, and teaching him that looking to his handler for direction is much more rewarding than making decisions on his own.

Koa, on the other hand, is an incredibly sweet boy with a kind heart. Much of his behavior stems from feeding off of Jarvis's energy and reactions. While he can become reactive or overly excited when his brother does, underneath it all he's a good dog who simply needs some guidance, confidence-building, and help learning how to think for himself instead of following Jarvis's lead. Our goal is to help Koa develop the skills to remain calm, focused, and confident regardless of what his brother is doing.

Together, these boys will be learning leash manners, obedience, impulse control, proper socialization, calm behavior around distractions, and how to make better choices in everyday situations. I can't wait to watch their progress and help strengthen the bond they have with their family. Stay tuned for updates on their training journey! 🐾❤️🐶🐶

🐾 Welcome Butter to Our 14-Day Board & Train! 🐾

Please join us in welcoming Butter to his 14-day board and train program! Butter is here to learn all of the puppy basics while building confidence, developing good manners, and having plenty of fun adventures along the way.

During his stay, we'll be focusing on foundational obedience skills such as sit, down, place, leash manners, recall, kennel training, impulse control, and learning how to stay calm and focused in new environments. He'll also be working on proper socialization, confidence-building exercises, and learning how to make good choices around distractions.

Of course, training isn't all work and no play! Butter will get to enjoy new experiences, explore different places, meet new people, and have plenty of opportunities to learn while having fun. I can't wait to watch him grow over the next two weeks and share his progress with you. Stay tuned for updates on Butter's journey! 🐶✨

Help me welcome Liam! 🐾💙

Liam is here for a 14-day board and train. He is a Kerry Blue Terrier and such a fun little guy! We have so much fun with him every day and he keeps us laughing with his big personality.

He is definitely a little sassy, but he is also super smart and loves learning. During his stay, he’ll be working on his manners and building the skills he needs before he gets a new fur sibling a week after he goes home!

Help me welcome Gimli! 🐾💙

Gimli is here for a 21-day board and train while his family is on vacation. During his stay, he’ll be working on basic to advanced obedience and building the skills to be the best version of himself.

Gimli is a good boy with that classic golden personality — he LOVES people and wants to say hi to everyone he meets. 😂 One of his biggest things to work on is learning that he doesn’t need to greet every person and what a proper, polite greeting looks like.

He’s already learning fast and doing great! I’m excited to see his progress over the next few weeks. 🐾

🎓 Congratulations to Marlow on graduating from his 14-Day Board and Train Program! 🎉

When Marlow first arrived, he came to work on his leash manners, reactivity, and his reluctance to get into the car. Over the past two weeks, he has worked hard learning how to stay focused, walk politely on a leash, and make better decisions around distractions. He has shown great progress in his ability to stay calmer and more engaged with his handler instead of pulling and taking charge of the walk.

Marlow has also gained confidence throughout his training and has learned important skills such as leash manners, impulse control, engagement, and overall obedience. While training doesn't end here, he now has a strong foundation for John to continue building on at home.

I am so proud of the progress Marlow has made during his stay and look forward to watching him continue to grow and succeed. Great job, Marlow, This is only the beginning of your journey! 🐾❤️🎓

🎓 Congratulations to Poppy on graduating from her 14-Day Board & Train Program! 🎓

Over the past two weeks, Poppy has worked hard learning how to make better choices, respond to guidance, and become a more respectful member of both her human and canine family. Coming into training, she struggled with growling and pushing back when asked to do things she didn't want to do. Through consistent structure, clear communication, and plenty of practice, she learned that listening doesn't have to be a battle.

Poppy tackled challenges with her obedience, impulse control, leash manners, and overall mindset. We spent time teaching her how to settle her busy brain, work through frustration, and respond appropriately around people, dogs, and everyday distractions. She learned that commands aren't suggestions and that cooperation leads to rewards and success.

While Poppy is a strong-willed girl with a big personality, she made tremendous progress during her stay and showed that she is capable of being a wonderful companion when given clear expectations and consistency. We are so proud of how far she has come and can't wait to see her continue to grow and succeed at home.

Great job, Poppy! Your family is getting back a much more focused, respectful, and well-mannered girl. ❤️🐾

🐾 Welcome Marlow to our 14-Day Board & Train Program! 🐾

Marlow is here to learn that walking his dad is not actually part of his job description! This handsome guy has decided that he should be the one in charge on walks, and he can be reactive in certain situations. Whether it's people, dogs, or other triggers, we're going to spend the next two weeks identifying exactly what causes those reactions and teaching him how to stay calm, neutral, and focused instead of making his own decisions.

We're also working on one of Marlow's least favorite activities: getting into the car. Right now, he'd much rather keep all four paws firmly planted on the ground, but we'll be building his confidence and teaching him that car rides don't have to be stressful.

Over the next 14 days, Marlow will be learning leash manners, impulse control, engagement with his handler, proper obedience, and how to navigate the world with a calmer mindset. Our goal is to help him become a dog his family can confidently take anywhere while strengthening the relationship and communication between him and his dad.

We can't wait to watch Marlow's progress and see him grow into the best version of himself.

🌸 Welcome Poppy to our 14-Day Board & Train Program! 🌸

Poppy has traveled all the way from Korea to join us, and we're excited to have her here! This sweet girl is here to learn that being part of a family comes with rules, boundaries, and good manners.

Poppy has a habit of growling at her family when she's asked to do something she doesn't want to do, so we'll be working on building respect, trust, and clear communication. She'll learn that cooperation gets her much further than attitude!

During her stay, Poppy will be learning how to peacefully coexist with both humans and dogs, practice impulse control, improve her obedience, and develop the confidence to make better choices in everyday situations. She'll be working on structure, accountability, and understanding what it means to be a well-mannered member of the household.

We can't wait to watch her transformation over the next 14 days. Stay tuned for updates on Poppy's journey! 🐾

Congratulations to Bear for graduating his 14-day board & train program! 🎉🐻

This little pup came in full speed ahead with a “go go go, don’t tell me what to do” attitude and enough energy to power a small city 😂 From launching himself everywhere, using his mouth for everything, and thinking personal space was optional… to turning into a much more polite little gentleman.

Bear has learned how to sit nicely when people approach instead of bouncing off the walls, how to slow that busy brain down, and that teeth are not the preferred way to say hello anymore 😂 Now instead of using his mouth, he’s handing out sweet kisses and learning how to channel all that drive into making good choices.

We focused heavily on impulse control, engagement, leash manners, calmness around distractions, and teaching him that listening can actually be fun. He still has all the personality, confidence, and goofy puppy energy everyone loves about him, but now with much better manners to match.

So proud of this wild little man and how far he’s come in just 14 days! 💙🐾

Adopt Grace 🐾💕

She is with Happy Tails Ranch Rescue!!!

Grace is literally the BEST puppy ever. She’s 8 months old, the perfect size, and such an easy girl to love. She’s super food motivated which makes her fun and easy to train, and she already walks nicely on a leash.

Grace loves playing with other dogs, hanging out with her people, and cuddling whenever she gets the chance. She has such a sweet, happy personality and fits in everywhere she goes.

Seriously… she’s the best. Someone is going to be so lucky to have this girl 💕
