Saints SPCA would like to give credit to rescue that saved this kitty and Dr. Lee who did surgery. The rescue is Pawsitive Enforcement Project, out of Gold Meadow La. It is wonderful that shelters can work with each other to try to save the kitties. Dr Lee worked on her for over two hours and then she was spayed.
She is doing well. We are all thankful that we could collectively help this kitten!

Unfortunately, our non-profit page was hacked and the Post about Mimi "The French Bull Dog" was a scam. If you clicked on link the imposters were trying to collect a deposit. We are very sorry this happened and for those who expressed an interest in the puppy. Rescue is not for the faint of heart. THANK YOU FACEBOOK STAFF for help in restoring our profile!

Our Story

SAINTS SPCA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that specializes in cat rescue. We are an all volunteer organization and completely funded by donations. Our mission is to reduce the unwanted animals that have been abandoned, turned into shelters, or are feral and to provide a better quality of life. Part of that mission is to prevent and reduce the number of animals being euthanized. We work at a local, state, and national level for all animals in need. Our rescue mission includes:


  • Adoptions and finding long-term homes for rescued animals

  • Fostering cats and kittens

  • Maintaining a Trap, Neuter and Return program
