💗 This mama is ready for her “me time”! 💗

Winona has done an amazing job raising her puppies—and now that they’ve all found homes, it’s finally her turn.

Winona is 2 years old and weighs 35 lbs. She is easy to leash and walk, does well in play group, and absolutely loves being pet all over. Toys are one of her favorite things, and she’s always happy to show off her playful side!

She already knows sit, takes treats gently, and is very treat motivated, making her a joy to work with. Winona is an all-around sweet, tolerant girl who would make a wonderful companion for just about any home.

🏡 After caring for everyone else, Winona deserves a family of her own.

Dearest Gentle Reader,

Your faithful correspondent simply must report the arrival of two scandalously charming sets of sisters currently residing at our shelter—and causing quite the stir.

First on the list are Miss Chloe and Miss Mahzra, both wrapped in identical brindle finery. Their resemblance is so uncanny that staff are still debating… twins or merely nature showing off? Either way, they turn heads wherever they go.

Not to be outdone are Miss Daisy and Miss Macey—one blonde, one brunette, both equally determined to prove that sisters need not match to be magnificent. A true case of opposites attracting admiration.

Now, let us address the gossip head-on: while these ladies share an address, the two sister sets are not bonded to one another and would have no objections whatsoever to starting their next chapter separately. Independence, after all, is most fashionable.

All four arrived as owner surrenders, and are now awaiting nothing less than a proper debut into loving homes where couches are plentiful and affection is mandatory.

The only real question remains, dear reader… which lucky household will secure the season’s most sought-after companions?

Yours in delightful speculation,
Lady Whiskerton 🐾✨

⚡ Meet Flash — fast feet, big heart! ⚡

Flash is a neutered male, 3 years old, and weighs 68 lbs. He’s a high-energy guy with a very sweet personality who’s always ready for fun, play, and affection.

Because of his energy level, a dog meet & greet is required if you have a resident dog to ensure the best match for everyone.

Flash would thrive in an active home that can keep up with his enthusiasm and give him plenty of exercise, enrichment, and love. After he’s had his fun, he’s happy to soak up attention and be your loyal companion.

🏡 Ready to meet Flash? He might be the spark your home is missing!

🌹 Every Rose Has a Thorn… and a Whole Lot of Sass 🌹

Meet Rose — just over a year old, spayed, and packed with personality in a three-legged, go-go-go body.

Rose is sweet, loving, and deeply devoted to her person. Once she chooses you, you’re her favorite human forever. 💕 She does best with people who understand that strong bonds can come with big feelings.

Rose believes her person is very special and prefers not to share. Because of this, she’s looking for a home where she can be the only dog. She’ll thrive best in an adult-only home, where she can feel secure and understood.

When Rose loves, she loves hard. She’s shown signs of separation anxiety and needs a patient adopter who can help her feel safe and settled when alone.

Now for the bloom 🌹✨
Rose is affectionate, energetic, and bursting with excitement. She barks when she’s happy, jumps all over you to say hello, and despite having only three legs, she has no trouble with couches, stairs, or keeping up with an active lifestyle. Missing a leg hasn’t slowed her down one bit.

Rose isn’t for everyone — but for the right person, she’ll be an incredibly loyal, fun, and loving companion.
Every rose has a thorn… but this Rose has so much beauty to share. 🌹🐾

💌 Think you might be Rose’s person? Reach out. We are accepting applications for her and will be hand selecting the best possible home. So please be patient with the process.

💙 Meet Boomer — a soft soul learning to trust. 💙

Boomer is a 3-year-old male, weighs 34 lbs, and came to the shelter as a stray. For dogs like Boomer, the shelter can be a scary and overwhelming place—but he’s doing his very best.

He is very sweet but shy, and once he starts to feel safe, his personality begins to shine. Boomer already knows sit, shake, and even other paw, showing just how smart and eager he is to please.

Boomer does well with other dogs and has been participating in play groups. Right now, he’s more of a co-exister—happy to be around other dogs without needing to be in the middle of the action.

With patience, consistency, and love, Boomer will continue to gain confidence and thrive. He would do best in a calm home or foster home where he can decompress and blossom at his own pace.

🏡 Adopt or foster Boomer and show him that the world can be a safe and loving place. If interested in fostering please email [email protected].

🐾 Play Yard Fun! 🐾

Nothing makes us happier than seeing our pups stretch their legs, chase toys, and just be dogs! 🐶💨 The play yard gives them a chance to burn off energy, practice social skills, and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine—all so important for their bodies and their minds.

Happy dogs, wagging tails, and lots of smiles all around. 💛
