We are a small animal veterinary clinic in Hamilton, Montana. Skalkaho Creek Veterinary Clinic is the only Fear Free Certified Practice in Western Montana! Owner Dr. Emily Race has 20 years experience with companion animals and has fine-tuned her building, staff, and schedule to make every patients' visit go as well as it can. We look forward to the addition of Dr. Hannah Hildebrand as a full time

veterinarian in winter of 2022/2023. We offer all routine exams, vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, soft tissue surgery, mobile ultrasound, digital x-rays and diagnostic lab work for your companion pets of they fall ill. Physical Rehabilitation offered on site by a trained and certified professional with ability to treat with Class IV laser therapy, massage, joint mobilization, and canine gym equipment.

Congratulations to our next pet of the week….Dillon Carpenter ❤️ She was found in a rain puddle in Miami, Florida when she was just a few weeks old! Since then she has moved with me to many new homes and even to a new state! She loves to drool on cat nip and sleep on your chest (on her terms only), but her favorite is to b***o under blankets. Dillon has a lot of opinions and smart ways to communicate with you! We have gotten each other through some tough times. She is the love of my life!

DRUMROLL PLEASE…. Pet of the week goes to Mr. R***r, our Big Loverboy❤️ loves wearing hats, costumes, going on car rides, tearing up new toys, and chasing other dogs that he sees on the TV! Favorite snacks are frozen carrots, and cheese. Congratulations 🥳

Congratulations to our first cat pet of the week at Skalkaho Creek Vet Clinic 😻 This is Sasha, aka sashapotomous, Mr. Saucy Pant, aka Saucypot!!! Sasha is the ambassador for our neighborhood.. he has a friend that texts me about his visits and he has a little girlfriend who made him famous and painted and sculpted him for the fair exhibit. He loves to be held like a baby and carried around, he gives kisses, especially at 3 am and he loves a good cuddle. Sasha is the inspector of all things "boxy" and prefers his water from the sink. He also really enjoys taunting his 3 dog siblings, as well as the neighbors dogs. He's just always out of reach!! He is definitely the most confident, calm, sweet and crazy cat!! We love our Sasha!!

✨Pet of the week goes to a very handsome boy with short legs and a big personality✨Meet Tank a 7 month old Corgi. He loves playing with the cats, rough housing with the kids, being in the middle of all the action, and showing off his tricks (but only if you have a treat). His favorite trick is shake. It’s a good thing he is cute because he has selective listening and won’t come unless you have a treat in hand. Congratulations!
