It's a Golden Retriever! Whether you like them left more natural and long or brought up tight and clean we simply aim to please.

Do you know what one of our favorite parts of a groom is?

The pets that are happy to see us! We love building a relationship with your pet that makes them want to come in. Wagging tails and butt wiggles tell us that your pet trusts us and feels safe in our facility.

How do we work towards that?
By paying attention to each individual pet's needs! If a pet is nervous we slow down, build some trust and let them get comfortable in the space. We introduce our tools as needed and let them get a good smell. We remove the nozzle from our high powered dryers or adjust the settings to ensure they feel safe. We bring in another groomer to offer comfort, distraction, and support as needed. Our groomers will switch tables if a more quiet space is beneficial.

There is also the obvious give treats, head pats, and belly rubs!

Ensuring your pet is safe and comfortable means a lot to us here at Happy Paw Pet Salon LLC and we work hard to achieve that wiggly butt when they walk in that door!!
