Throwback....
Perspective time......
... Pet sitting-- for some it's a side hobby, for some an actual business.
For those who have worked their butt off making it a real Buisness......don't short change us or argue with prices. it's rude and disrespectful of what I do.
We work with very different and sometimes challenging pet clients. For what i charge a day for 1 pet...to be with them a good chunk of 24 hrs... it's around $2/hr...and that's ok?!.. We are not only in your home, we are watering plants, getting mail, keeping your home safe, keeping the pets happy so they DONT have to deal with kennel stress. Thankfully, for me....this is a side income, so I'm not as bothered.
I not only have worked with animals for years, I have an LLC and insurance ( expensive btw!!). I do a ton of work on my own time to grow my business, network ( DAILY!!!), and learn new things.
I do this Because I know i am good at it, have a lot of experience and have a lot of confidence
in what I do.
I work hard, trust me...this weekend alone sat- Mon...I easily worked almost 40 hrs, not including all the training I've done with 2 very anxious dogs....I won't be ashamed to be proud of what I do. But please, don't argue the prices.
