Hi everyone, I wanted to make a quick post for all of my clients & apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced from me recently. Although there are numerous pros, unfortunately, a con of running a small business all on my own is that issues I'm experiencing in my personal life can potentially start to bleed over. To anyone who has reached out about how I am doing, I wanted to say thank you & I am doing better now. I also want to apologize immensely for any lack of communication on my end over the last few weeks. If you haven't already heard from me regarding your appointments, please reach out as I want to make sure you're all taken care of! Thank you all again for your support! * Cute before & after pics for tax*

Many of you are ready to begin scheduling for 2025; Before doing so, I'd like inform everyone of a few changes that will be implemented at the beginning of the year. This will be a bit lengthy! πŸ€—

🐾 For those of you who require/or prefer Saturdays, this one is for you!! Starting in January; Saturdays will be limited to the LAST Saturday of every month ONLY. Tuesday-Friday hours will be extended to accommodate those of you who aren't able to adjust your schedule or get appts before spots are filled! 😊

🐾 We strive to maintain affordable & competitive pricing while providing your pups with top quality products & services. That being said, please expect an increase of $5-15 per pup. I will get to everyone individually with new pricing to ensure plenty of notice! πŸ˜„

🐾 & lastly, I've always been very understanding & lenient in regards to late arrivals or last minute cancelations. I know life gets in the way & things happen unexpectedly. However, both have a very negative effect on the day & my business itself. Going forward, if 15 mins *or more* past your scheduled time, the appointment will need to be rescheduled (unless discussed otherwise) As far as cancelations; I ask at least 24 hours notice for a chance to fill the spot. Anything less WILL result in a fee going towards what was lost from your appt. No future appts will be made until the fee is taken care of. If the fee is not taken care of within 48 hours all future appts will be removed from my schedule (unless discussed)
