The Effingham County Animal Shelter, in conjunction with Renegade Paws Rescue, will host a free Rabies Vaccine & Microchip Clinic on April 12 from 10 a.m.-noon.

Dogs must be kept on a leash and cats must be in carriers.

The shelter is located at 307 Ga. Hwy 119 South in Springfield.
