Still catching up on pictures! Here were Nova’s babies right after turning 2 weeks old. Their eyes were just starting to crack open. I love how rich the color is on these babies. The chocolate looks black on most but it is indeed chocolate. The caramels have also darkened since birth. I love watching them grow and develop. 💗

Long post ahead. Last week we had good news/bad news.
Let’s start with the good. Ally and Indy officially have been bred. I am so excited for this litter. We haven’t had an F1 Litter in years.
If you have been around for a while you know that there was a time a couple years back that I thought I was going to stop breeding English Goldendoodles. I didn’t hold back or buy any for a couple years as I started the phasing out process but then came what was supposed to be my final litter and they were perfect. Both mom and dad came out of my program and the puppies all tested Service/therapy prospects which caused me to rethink my decision. How could I let those lines go when that is the goal I have to produce service/therapy prospects. So I started rethinking my decision and decided I would keep breeding them but just not as frequently. 1-2 litters per year. Then comes the fact that I only had one line remaining as a possibility to keep from. So in steps plans for this litter. I got Ally from a breeder friend and she is totally different lines than the poodles I used in my Goldendoodles to begin with and I have followed litters of Indy for a couple of years. I decided I would do an F1 Litter with the goal of keeping a girl for a totally different line that should also produce that temperament I am looking for. This is the only F1 litter I have planned at this time so for my F1 lovers this is the litter to hop on if that’s what you want. I am expecting larger standards which I also haven’t had in a while and low/medium energy. I do have limited space until a final count.

So now for the bad news. Masha was unfortunately unable to be bred. This was to be her retirement litter and one I was so looking forward to. Masha puppies have just had something special about them. Everyone on her deposit list has now been contacted and moved to other litters. So that means no F1b litter this year. Masha will now be retired. This was to be her final litter and after a failed breeding and then failure to be bred this cycle I feel the right decision is to just let her retire and not try again. My Mamas always come first when making decisions. I want what is best for them. 💗

This litter is mostly medium energy, all have soft wavy coats, they are also so loving and human focused. Expected to be 20-28lbs. Yellowstone and Shenandoah are the two tracking to be on the smaller side. They will be 8 weeks old Monday! If you have any questions or are interested just let me know!

These babies are so gorgeous and have the softest coats! They are growing so beautifully. At 3 weeks old they are starting to learn to walk on wobbly legs, starting to move away from their sleeping area to potty, and starting to play with each other. 💗

This is one of those litters that I’ve been pretty quiet about. Daisy has never successfully had a litter and this was my last try. I decided that if she didn’t get pregnant this time I would stop trying and she would be spayed. But today when I took her for ultrasound I got a surprise. She did in fact get pregnant and we saw 4-5 little ones with strong heartbeats. So Daisy’s deposit list is now officially open. These should be nice medium sized dogs which is a size I don’t have often. They are expected in Late June for go home the end of August/Beginning of September depending on actual birth date.

7 weeks old tomorrow! Temperament testing is scheduled for Thursday and then it will be time for picking! This has been such a wonderful litter. They are so sweet, easy going, and truly have been a quiet litter. There is still space to hop on the litter before picking begins.

Sookie says she is content and happy in one of her most favorite places. Her big bed with her favorite stuffy.
Did you know that Sookie is the grandma of both of our current litters? She is Nova’s mom and Leo’s mom. Sookie is my heart dog and I am so glad I can carry on her legacy through further generations.

Do you want to join our team? We are hiring!
I am looking to hire 2 new people for our team. One is a Summer Position only at this time and the other I am open to a Summer only but ideally would like a Saturday/Sunday person year round. Both of these positions have outside work. You must be able to handle the heat of summer. You must also be comfortable working alone after being trained. Both positions will primarily be working solo but some days will be working as a team with someone else. Attention to detail is also very important.

Summer Position- Around 8-12 hours a week. 2-3 week days per week. MUST be comfortable with working in the heat of summer w**d eating, cutting grass, p**p pickup, scrubbing water troughs and other yard work as well as being trained on all aspects of the farm for days that current employees will be out of town. Once trained this position is mainly working alone so must be self motivated and able to stay on task. I call this the floating position because it will be whatever really needs to be done based on who is out of town.

Saturday/Sunday position- This is a position I have been considering hiring for some time. Weekends here can be very busy and for the most part I have been doing weekends solo. This would be 9-10 hours per week. 5 hours on Sat. 8:00am-1pm and Sunday 2pm-6/7pm some Sunday's tasks may be finished at 6 and others it may take a little longer. This position includes feeding/water for all animals, cleaning puppy pens, cleaning boarding room, dishes, laundry, handling boarding drop off/pickups, etc.

If you are interested link to the application will be in the comments as link in posts will make the post seen less.

I just had to share a then and now with Leo! I can’t explain how much I love this boy. He is so calm and loving. He was one I just couldn’t let go and I’m so glad I kept him. He is the dad of Loretta’s litter and I couldn’t be more thrilled with them. The puppies are much like Leo all on the lower side of energy while still being playful and are just the sweetest things.

Official introductions! It took me a while to decide on a theme for this litter. Meet our Clue litter! They are doing fantastic! Such chunky little babies right from birth. Nova is being a wonderful mama just like always. I can’t believe these babies are already a little over a week old.
