Horse and Hound Rescue Foundation is the brain child of a few dedicated group of animal lovers seeking to help find forever homes for off track Thoroughbreds , however, we also acknowledge the need to place abandoned dogs, as this is a concern among all communities. Happy Halloween from Horse and Hound Rescue Foundation 🎃👻

Zelda was a perfect model today (she definitely works for treats 🤣), and Kind Soul loved all the extra attention and braiding time with our volunteers!

We’re wrapping up and the challenge to celebrate the powerful horse-human connection and highlighting the many ways horses enrich our lives, support mental health, and strengthen communities! ❤️🐎🐾

We had an amazing group of volunteers last week! They helped pick up rocks in the arena, paint fences, groom the horses, and gave lots of love to our senior dogs and resident donkeys! 🥰🐎🐾 Our hearts are so full! Thank you for volunteering and giving back!

Over the weekend our volunteers gave Rich Cheezecake some extra love before he headed to his forever home! Cheezecake has been with us a few years and has always been a volunteer favorite! He's kind, quirky, and a wonderful teacher for new volunteers! We are so excited for him and his new mom!
