Small Business Saturday has me feeling so grateful for every single dog and dog owner who has trusted me this year.
Every session, every breakthrough, every moment where you see your pup in a new way reminds me why I love this work so much. Helping families build deeper, more meaningful relationships with their dogs is truly my passion, and being able to do that through Spotted Snout is a gift I never take lightly.
There is so much in the works for next year, from new resources to new ways to help you feel confident and supported on your training and nutrition journey. I cannot wait to share it all with you.
Thank you for cheering on this small business and for continuing to show up, share, and support the work that matters to you. Your support makes a bigger difference than you may ever realize. đŸ€Ž

Being a good dog owner isn’t about having the best food, doing all the training, or checking every box on the “perfect pet parent” list.

It’s about letting your dog be who they are.

Aspen and I tried FastCAT this year. She’s always loved the flirt pole, so I figured why not give it a shot?

Have I always wanted a dog who does agility? Sure. But tunnels and A-frames aren’t her thing, and that’s okay.

Chasing a trash bunny on a string? That’s her jam.
So I signed her up. Not for ribbons. Not for competition. Just for fun.

She gets to run, see her friends, and do what she loves most.

That’s what it’s all about. Finding what your dog loves and making space for more of it.

Camp Spotted Snout is officially OPEN!

Today kicks off our very first day of adventure, enrichment, trail walks, play, and rest — all with a small, thoughtful group of dogs and lots of love behind the scenes.

This camp has been a dream of mine for a long time. A place where dogs can be dogs — explore, sniff, move their bodies, and feel safe in a calm and consistent group.

So excited for what’s ahead and so grateful to finally be doing this!

Big news — Camp Spotted Snout is here!

Starting this summer, your dog can be part of a small, adventure-loving crew exploring over 200 acres of private land. Think trail walks, playtime, enrichment, and rest — all led by a certified trainer (that’s me!) who understands what dogs really need to feel fulfilled.

This isn’t daycare. It’s a structured, calm, and seriously fun alternative for dogs who need more than a walk but don’t love the chaos of big groups.

Camp runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with pickup and drop-off available in Altamont, Voorheesville, Guilderland, Berne, and surrounding areas.

No drop-offs available at camp— but if you're outside the pickup zone, you’re welcome to meet me at a set location to join in.

Spots are limited since the group stays small by design — and that’s what makes it so special.

Want more info? Message me or email [email protected] to receive an application!

Dog Camp is a small-group experience built around what dogs actually love: exploring trails, playing with friends, sniffing new things, and having the space to just be dogs. It all takes place on over 200 acres of private land with a certified trainer leading the day from start to finish.
