We have Clifford here along with his brother, Odie for our 4 Week Adavanced Off Leash Program!
Both of these dogs worlds will soon be open to new opportunities and completely new adventures they would have never had access to before coming to Atlas K9 🤩 Off leash hikes, restaurant patios and relaxing at home while guests are over is in the near future.

"Bring a dirty diaper home from the hospital for your dogs to sniff. Then your dog will be used to the new scent." 🤔
Actually advice given to one of my clients from another dog trainer. Now, I've heard of people bringing home baby blankets for their dog, but to bring home a dirty diaper is NEXT LEVEL 😅
Listen, I'm not against bring home items for your dogs to smell, it doesn't hurt anything. but common sense needs to be heavily implemented here.. How does sniffing an object teach your dog to not bite the baby, to not bump the baby over, to not step on the baby, to not eat babies food, to not eat babies diapers etc....
The real reason people succeed in having a safe home with their babies and dogs is by setting clear bounderies. Enforcing a "bubble" space around your baby is one great way to teach your dogs how to be around your baby and feel comfortable. Vis versa, I also always advocate for my dogs space and never let our baby crawl/tug/pull on our dogs and think that my dog should "deal with it". This is how Im able to vuve both my baby and dogs a great life without restrictions or unnecessary dangers. Soon enough, Your child will reach an age where there will be less risk and less worry.
Reach out to Atlas K9 Training at Atlask9.net to get your dogs training started and have that solid relationship we all want.
