Foster needed… again. 😞🏠🐕
Poor guy cannot catch a break.

Ralphie was found ABANDONED after his family moved and left him to starve to death.
He’s a BABY at only 7-10 months old.
And only around 30lbs.
He LOVES other dogs and LOVES to rough play and wrestle and play in the dog park at Freedom Fences.

He’s finishing his vetting on Friday by getting neutered and then is ready for his forever home! 🏠

CAN ANYONE PLEASE START FOSTERING HIM ON FRIDAY?

No fosters = No rescue
We don’t put dogs in long term boarding.
We don’t ship them off to other shelters.

Please consider opening your home to a dog who NEEDS you! 💚

Can you imagine being 14 years old, just weeks before your birthday, and ending up at the scary shelter? 😞
Poor Rudy’s story is just that.
He’s a fifteen year old (yes! According to his microchip, though we can’t believe it as young as he acts) puggle (pug/beagle) and is around 25lbs.
He is healthy and fully vetted and NEEDS… no, DESERVES a very special home.
Shelters are no place for seniors!
But really, neither are temp foster homes either, even though he’s getting all the love in the world there.
He should be relishing in the best of the best in his golden years: soft food, soft beds, soft hearts who love him.
We can give him that in rescue, but that’s not our end goal for seniors. The goal is a forever home.
Help us get Rudy home! ♥️

Meet little Miss Maple, the sweetest pup around!

Meet Acorn, at 3 months and only 13lbs, he’s a tiny bundle of energy and joy! He’s super friendly and a little nutty, and we love him to bits! Despite his small size, Acorn LOVES to run around and play with his sister and even our big guy. He’s a little mischievous and has a sense for adventure, always getting into things and making us laugh. But when he’s all played out, he just wants to snuggle up on someone’s lap and soak up the love.

Meet Megatron (Mega for short) 😍

Before you panic—this Megatron is not here to conquer Earth. He’s here to conquer your couch… quietly… after asking permission… probably from another dog first.
Inspired by the legendary Transformers, Megatron may share a powerful name, but his true form is that of a chill, tender-hearted introvert who believes friendship is the ultimate power source.

I put the final $2000 on my personal care credit for Marty (the last $892 just this morning) just to get our balance down to $0 at Upstate Vet.
