Out with the old and getting ready to start the new one! Cabin demoed, undercutting the grade to make sure all roots and debris are removed. Select fill will be compacted in to ensure a stable build site! Proper excavation and site drainage is essential for the foundations integrity! Stay tuned!

8000 sf shop foundation going in this morning! Brummett Concrete and Coxcrete pumping are the best around!!!

Finally got in a full week without downpours and my framers are making great progress!!! More pictures as work progresses! I’ve loved this one from the first time I saw the plan!!!

Summer trade school is in session! Joshua left us to enter the real world of employment but little brother Aaron is filling in very well!!!

Watching the sun come up, enjoying a Whataburger jalapeño cheddar sausage biscuit and watching the Cox boys coordinate this show!!! Mother Nature hasn’t been kind to us on this one but finally getting a foundation down! I love it!!!
