Mom/Daughter Fowl We provide a variety of colorful egg laying breeds of chicken, guinea, and duck. We strive for healthy happy flocks for all of our costumers.

Welcome to Mom/Daughter Fowl and our mother/daughter hobby. Both my mother (Melanie) and I (Cheyenne) strive for a hardy, beautiful, calm flock. We began our chicken addiction together in 2010 and began providing our birds to the general public in 2014. We service only our local bird enthusiast in and around Greenville TX and do not ship our birds or eggs. Our love for our birds has grown tremendo

usly over the years and we absolutely love seeing that same love in our bird customers. We provide Chicken, Guinea, and Duck hatching eggs. We also hatch and sell our chicks, keets, and ducklings. Our breeds include:
Pure Bred Chickens: BBS Double Laced Barnvelder (DLB), Black Copper Maran (M), and BBS Ameraucana (AM); Project Breeds: Easter Eggers (EE), Olive Egger (OE), and Maran/Barnvelder (M/B) cross. Guinea Fowl: Brown, Lavender, Pied, and Dun. Duck: Caygua, White Crested Pekin, Ancona, Black Swedish. Our agreement: Because we only sell as straight run we do agree to the following. If you get more Roos then you want from the chicks that were purchased from us we will replace every roo that is returned to us in good health with two chicks. This will allow every one to get a chance in getting more hens. (Will only be applied to our mix breeds, not our pure breeds). 2 still looking for homes 🏡

EDIT: Licorice has found his new home, but Chia and Huckleberry are still looking for their forever families!

Three of our foster kittens are still looking for forever homes. They are fixed, have all their shots, are fully wormed, and are on a topical flea preventative which should last until 9/15. They will come with their records, vet paperwork, rabies tag, a small bag of food, and have their nails freshly trimmed. They are used to brushing and nail clipping, and get along very well with other cats. An adoption fee will apply to help reimburse the cost of their vet care, and to make sure they go to good homes.

We are still here and running we just don't have much for birds coming available. If your looking for birds please message us and I can let you know if we have anything available as we are still having small hatches just not enough to really get around to posting available. We do expect a fall group of goat kids coming over the next few months so if you might be interested in boer mix kids hit is up as we will most likely have some come available.

Our foster cat found her forever home and has already caught and killed her first rat in her new home less then a week in! It's time for her kittens to do the same. This is Licorice one of her kittens, he is a bit shy around people but will make an excellent rodent control and so will his 2 brothers and 1 sister. Any one looking for a barn cat or even a nice inside outside cat please consider these babies. They have had their second vaccines by me and dewormed regularly. They are scheduled for their final vaccines and spay/neuter August 4th thru TCAP if they are still with us at that time. Please help us find homes as fronting the money for their medical care does make things a bit challenging for us.

Our hens are slowing down on laying as we come to the end of June. Remember our peak laying and hatching season is May which has since come and past. If your looking for larger quantities of chicks now is the time to get them because come July our hatches will most likely be much smaller. While our chick season is slowing down our guinea keet season is starting to ramp up and we should have Keets for a good portion of July.
