Yesterday we posted a wonderful story of one of our long time fosters, Toni. She had been in a foster home for 5 years and has finally found a forever home. We have another story of a forgotten mom, Sabrina. Sabrina’s kittens were all adopted last year. Remember Harvey and his siblings? They were Sabrina’s babies. She is sweet, a little shy at first, but so loving. Stop by the Greensburg PetSmart to meet her. She will be there until this Thursday. Applications are being accepted for this loving girl.

We need your help! Can you volunteer an hour or two a week?? If you would like more info, please reach out!

PetSmart in Greensburg is a valuable resource for getting cats seen and adopted. Volunteers go twice a day to make sure the cats are taken care of. Currently, we are short on volunteers to complete this task daily. We try to keep volunteers in the loop with adoptions so you see your work taking care of the cats has an end result of cats being adopted into forever homes!

If you can’t foster or can’t adopt, we understand. But if you can spare a couple hours, you can help make a difference! Every hour makes a difference!

PLEASE….consider joining our team. We are ALL volunteers. We ALL work jobs. What brings us together?? A Love for cats and wanting to make a difference!

Some adoptions just tug at your heart more than others. Toni is one of those adoptions. She has been in foster care for 1825 days. Or 5 years. She was found under a porch with her kittens. One of her kittens sadly passed and the other three were adopted. She visited PetSmart on Saturdays during adoption events many times and she was always overlooked. She is shy at first but once she warms up is so sweet. She loves to be brushed and petted and she chirps all the time. Last week Toni’s time as a foster cat transitioned to Toni now being in her forever home❤️ Thank you Allison! We are forever grateful and seeing Toni look at you, she is home and equally grateful for her chance❤️We have many cats in our rescue whose story is similar to Toni’s. If you have it in your heart to give a home to one who’s been waiting and overlooked. Message us and complete an application today. We’d love to introduce you to the ones who’ve been waiting the longest
