🥾🐾 WORKING DOGS WESTMORELAND TAKES ON LINN RUN STATE PARK! 🐾🥾

What an absolutely beautiful day for another Working Dogs Westmoreland adventure! 🌲☀️🐕

Today, members of our team gathered at Linn Run State Park, just outside of Ligonier, for a day of hiking, exploring, training, and making memories with our dogs!

Our adventure took us out along the Beam Rocks Trail, where we made our way to the overlook at approximately 2,657 feet in elevation! ⛰️ The view was absolutely breathtaking and made every step of the hike worth it.

From there, we continued exploring the mountain and other areas around the park, including Adams Falls and Wolf Rocks. 🌲💦🪨

Days like today are exactly what Working Dogs Westmoreland is all about — getting our dogs out into the real world, experiencing new environments, building confidence, practicing obedience and neutrality, and most importantly, enjoying time together as a community of dog handlers.

And of course, no Working Dogs Westmoreland adventure is complete without a little food afterward! 😂 Our team made stops at the local deli and the famous Laughlintown Pie Shop for some well-earned treats! 🥪🥧

Youngwood Top Dog Services has a new location starting next month at the Brush Creek Lutheran Church for dog training classes!!

🚨🐾 MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT — TOP DOG IS COMING TO IRWIN! 🐾🚨

We are VERY excited to officially announce that Youngwood Top Dog Services is expanding our training opportunities into the Irwin area! 🎉🐶

We are proud to be partnering with Brush Creek Lutheran Church to bring professional, practical, family-focused dog training closer to our clients and families throughout Irwin, North Huntingdon, Penn Township, Trafford, Jeannette, and the surrounding communities!

🐕‍🦺 Top Dog Trainer Kristin Greenawalt will be leading training at our new Irwin location!

🐾❤️ We Absolutely LOVE Our Therapy Dog Visits to Hempfield Manor! ❤️🐾

We’re in the business of putting smiles on faces, and sweet Golden Retriever Fern did exactly that during our visit to Hempfield Manor last week! 🐶💛

There’s something incredibly special about watching our Therapy Dogs walk into a room and immediately brighten someone’s day. Fern brought plenty of smiles, pets, love, and companionship everywhere she went!

Dogs and handlers had the opportunity to participate in fun outdoor search games alongside our professional trainers, giving everyone another chance to practice, learn, build confidence, and strengthen that all-important relationship between dog and handler.
