IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS
We have some exciting news to officially share — Doolittles Pet Services has hired a new full-time groomer! ✂️🐾
Please welcome Ashlynn to the Doolittles team. She will officially begin grooming on June 1st.
Ashlynn’s grooming hours will be:
• Monday: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Tuesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
• Wednesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
• Thursday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Sophia will now only be grooming:
• Fridays and some Saturdays in Westmoreland County
• Sundays every 6 weeks in the Pittsburgh areas
With Ashlynn stepping into the full-time grooming role, Sophia will be transitioning more into management and scheduling.
IMPORTANT SCHEDULING INFORMATION:
All scheduling changes, appointment questions, cancellations, or rescheduling requests MUST be sent to Sophia’s business phone:

Ashlynn’s role is strictly grooming your pets and she will not be handling scheduling matters.
I (Sophia) will no longer be responding to business messages sent to my personal phone number, personal social media accounts, private messages, nor will my employee. We both have personal lives outside of the business and need to keep all business communication organized through the business line.
All business-related communication needs to be sent directly to Sophia at 📱724-689-8181.
We have also officially added ARRIVAL WINDOW TIMES to our schedule.
Your appointment time now includes a 30-minute arrival window before or after your scheduled time. This allows flexibility for travel, traffic, and pets that may take a little longer than expected while still keeping everyone on schedule.
Example:
If your appointment is at 10:00 AM, arrival may be anytime between 9:30 AM–10:30 AM.
The MoeGo automated reminder system is ONLY used for appointment reminders and confirmations. The system will only accept “Y” or “N” responses.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
This also applies if:
• The groomer arrives and nobody is home
• There is no response within 10 minutes of arrival
Each client will receive:
• A text when the groomer is on the way
• A text upon arrival asking for your pet to be brought to the van (unless prior arrangements were made for us to come inside or if the owner is not home)
• A text when your pet is finished and ready to go home. We ask that clients promptly come out to the van for pick up and payment.
