Update on Gritty kitty medical condition. Her face has refilled with liquid and needs to be drained again
She's on heavy antibiotics and pain meds only when needed. Cats hide their pain to the last moment, but with medicine and our check-up on OCT 16th, we should be able to get her to hold out till her dental on NOV 14th. We still need to raise 267$. Please feel free to message me if you want yo help or call the vet at Harmony Vet Care in Oldsmar. Call (813) 871-0850 use ext 3. Tell them you'd like to donate whatever to Grits for Gary Perez and Scraps of Life rescue. They might need my phone number which you have now. We will give this cat the best of the last 10 years of her life she deserves it!!!!! ❤️

Through everybody's help, we raised 841$ for Grits. We still need at least 300$ more but that's not stopping the progress anymore. Grits has been on her rescue adventure. We successfully trapped Wednesday and brought her home. Vet visit Thursday we drained her cheek ( Cat abcess bite) she looks so much better. She needs 2 dental extractions. Heavy antibiotics and pain meds FTW. She's a happy cat 😺. Dental surgery is scheduled for November 8th, and she will be all better and back to her scamping around Herschels Scratch kitchen loving every customer. Please message me if you'd like to help her meet our 1040$ goal. 840 out of 1040. Thank you, and God bless you for all your gritty kitty help!!!

I need a foster for this bonded pair by Friday, or they get separated at the humane society. Corporate decision at an apartment. You wanna stick it to the man foster these guys and give me time to get them adopted, although you'll probably end up keeping both. They are a joy! The apartment manager is in tears that they are making them do this. They have been living in a vacant room till now loving on each other. Both fixed and updated on shots!

Our next adventure is two 3 month old, a white and black and tiger tabby. The momma is about to pop with new ones, too.
