EVENING! Tomorrow July 26th 6-8pm join us for Cadenzas with Kitties. Show up ANY time during the event, this is a fun, casual time!) 🎶🎼Enjoy beautiful music and hang out at the sanctuary AFTER HOURS on a Saturday. 🙀Concert will feature small chamber music groups serenading kitties and attendees! All funds raised go directly to the sanctuary. 🐈🐈‍⬛

There will be no drinks or food provided at this event, but anyone is welcome to bring in their own beverages as long as they have lids and are not shared with the kitties! 🥂

Happy Friday from this very distinguished gentleman, Slippery Soap! 🫧🧼 Slips is one of our partially paralyzed kitties here at the sanctuary. He moves a little different, and he is not skilled in litter box usage ("Silly humans, just clean up after me!!") but we all love him unconditionally- even when he pees on some of us and our belongings. 😆 He's got the best personality to make up for it. He IS available for adoption, we certainly hope the right person comes along. We also understand he may be in it for the long haul, and are honored to provide him a safe haven here as long as he needs. 💖 He is also a proud FIP survivor!

“Nobody wants me, but I REALLY want someone…” 😔 Jimmy came to us as a transfer from another shelter where he had been consistently overlooked by potential adopters. The same thing is happening here now, too. 💔He has FIV and diabetes, both incredibly manageable things, and that must be all people see when they look at him. He’s truly SO much more- a major snuggle bug, a wand toy enthusiast, world class biscuit maker, and a loyal friend. Neither of his diagnoses make him “unadoptable”. BONUS: His diabetes is managed with a pill! 💊 No needles for this guy! Easy peasy. Please take a moment and share his story, he’s been waiting over a year for his happy ending.
