Late Pickup Policy Reminder!

I always send a text 20 minutes before your dog’s groom is finished. Please plan to arrive within that time.

Because I groom one on one, late pickups push back my entire schedule and affect the next dogs and their owners. To keep everyone’s appointments running on time, there will be a $1 per minute late fee after the 20 minute pickup window.
