Yesterday was a "play with color on poodles" day 😍

Started a Continental on Miss Dolly with rainbow colors, and Pretty Little Girl got a modified Bolero trim with Mardi Gras colors.

Just a reminder, as we're in the midst of some intense winter weather systems:

If you need to reschedule a groom because of the roads, just let me know. Dog hair isn't worth anybody's safety. I'm here no matter what (provided we don't have a power outage), so it's 100% up to your comfort level. I won't hold it against you if you'd rather reschedule; I just want everybody to stay safe.

Happy new year, everybody!

Thank you all for such a wonderful year. It's hard to believe we're back in January again, but time flies when you love what you do, and I'm lucky enough to spend my days with your sweet dogs, so the year goes by in the blink of an eye.

Just a courtesy reminder that all groom prices have increased by 5% effective today.

I'm excited to see what this year has in store for all of us! Stay cozy; spring will be here soon!

Happy fall, y'all! Now that school is well underway and we have a second to breathe (before the holiday whirlwind begins), I have two announcements for everybody.

1. Effective January 1, 2026, there will be an across-the-board price increase of 5% for all baths/grooms. This applies to the base price only, and add-ons will remain unchanged. Yes, this means everybody's prices are going to be awkward numbers now, but I did not want to over-increase prices or impact small dogs disproportionately just to keep the numbers round. The last price increase was over two years ago, and I have been dragging my feet on this long enough already. If you have questions, please reach out.

2. It is time for me to set up all recurring appointments for next year. If you already know you want to keep everything the same, either message me or comment here, and I'll get those dates to you soon. If you have been meaning to set up recurring appointments, now is a great time to get on the list, so let me know! The calendar gets crowded quickly once I start putting them in.

Just as a heads up:

The roads in my neighborhood are getting redone. I don't know when they will get to the front, how long it will take, or what that will look like. I will likely reach out individually to clients that will be impacted, and will figure out how best to navigate drop off and pick up during this time.

Let me know if you have any concerns or special considerations, and I will accommodate to the best of my ability.
