The holidays will be here before we know it! If you’d like your pup groomed between now and Christmas, I highly recommend pre-booking your appointments ahead of time.

Since I groom one-on-one and work by myself, I only have so many appointments available each week. Once they’re filled, they’re filled! 🤎

Cancellation Policy Update ‼️

I truly appreciate all of my wonderful clients and understand that life happens. However, I’ve had an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, which makes it difficult to keep my schedule running smoothly.

Effective immediately:

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

As a solo groomer, every appointment slot is reserved specifically for your pet. When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, I am usually unable to fill that time with another client.
