Hey guys, itโs Lacey! I just wanted to come up here and thank everyone for all the love and support after announcing our sister salon A.G. 73. What was one of the happiest moments (signing a business lease) quickly became one of the scariest and saddest of my life as unbeknownst to us and his recent bloodwork, my personal dachshund Copper had a rupture on his brain that same evening and we tried emergency surgery but lost him at only 7. โค๏ธโ๐ฉน๐ฅบ My house is quieter and my heart, emptier. This obviously slowed down progress in renovations but weโre still aiming for October, I will be updating you all when we get closer to opening!
I now know that the idea was to benefit those anxious, nervy babies such as Copper by opening the smaller salon all along, and it will now be in his honor. Hug your babies tight because the time is short and we never know! Iโm so grateful to work with dogs but losing them is by far the hardest part of loving them. ๐ฉท
