The amount of support weโve gained is AMAZING and it means so much everytime someone says they were referred, especially! I opened this location almost a yr ago and in that span, weโve hired 8 groomers and 3 bathers. Itโs just incredible and I feel so grateful for it all. ๐ซถ๐ป๐ฅฐ To the girls we have who work HARD every single day and to the clients who have only grown more loyal. Thereโs been hiccups along the way, growing pains with staff and response times arenโt always perfect but the patience you have all shown is very appreciated.

I have the best news!!! ๐ฌ๐ฅ๐ We hired two more groomers. As their start date is closer, Iโll make introductory posts welcoming them to the team! One is experienced and ready to groom and the other is in the end stages of grooming training and will be a trainee with me for now. We will be opening up our waitlist mid-June and reaching out to each new client waiting to book, as well as offer our current clients sooner spots! I canโt wait to meet new furry friends and gain, more wonderful clientele while relieving our girls the stress of being understaffed. ๐ฉท Thanks for everyoneโs patience.
Hey guys! I appreciate all the posts being made and support given, it has brought us SO MUCH business which hasnโt gone unnoticed but unfortunately, we are short-handed on groomers. Iโm in the process of training people to hopefully help get more dogs in but as it stands, thereโs a wait list for large dogs and we try our best to msg you as early as we can, in the event of a cancellation.
Our current dogs are on rotational schedules for the most part and we always recommend rebooking after an appt! I just want to be transparent about wait times. Weโre replying to intakes as fast as we can but it is usually a 3-4 wk wait and longer for Saturday appts. Iโd recommend making weekend slots 6 wks in advance. Thank yall so much for understanding. ๐

Hey everyone! I wanted to inform you of some things as we are still looking to fill our groomer spot. ๐ Share our hiring post thatโs pinned above and tell anyone that has prior grooming experience please! But, for the time being:
๐ถ We are stretched thin on appointment availability so try your very best to book early! It may benefit you to get a bath spot inbetween full grooms as we have bathers with more open availability.
๐ถ Fridays and Saturdays, we particularly have less groomers right now. Those appts will need to be made 6-8 weeks in advance.
๐ถWe donโt have space on the books for new or large dogs at the moment but we do have a waitlist incase of cancellations to add you to!
๐ถOur salon is high volume, busy and loud throughout the day. Please allow us time to respond to any inquiries and leave txts or voicemails when possible.
๐ถWe are closed on Sun and Mon. The shop phone is not going to be answered until Tues morning but any msgs sent to our scheduling software that sends out reminders can be seen anytime, as we get those on our personal phones.

Hey everyone! One of our local pet parentโs and friend, Ethan, has been involved in a terrible car accident which he miraculously survived but it put him in ICU at OLOL. *Full story in gofundme below.* Itโs been particularly hard on his partner Erika and their fur babies, such as cute Dega that we groom! She now has many unexpected financial burdens as no one knows how long Ethan will remain in hospital care. This comes at a time when they should be celebrating his soon-to-be law school graduation but are faced with such crisis instead. Our staff has been partaking in some really great things outside of work lately and Iโd just love to shout out their commitment to their field of work and willingness to expand their expertise while also teaching others! ๐ฉท๐ฉ A group of our groomers attended GROOMโd this month to watch competitions, learn about techniques and new equipment, then Ms. Cassie spoke with children at Duplessis Primary school about dog grooming for their career day.
Just reminding everyone that only 2 groomers will be working this week coming up as the rest of our staff attends GROOMโd Atlanta: a grooming convention to extend their education and learn about new skills/equipment. Iโm really proud of them for wanting to grow in this field and I know they will enjoy it! ๐ฉโ๏ธ We will have less staff to answer calls/texts/voicemails this week so please be patient with responses. Hey guys, itโs Lacey. I wanted to address the concerns of clients of mine in regards to my absence. I have been letting my Trainee Cassie practice the exact haircuts I perform on my dogs for the past few months in order to prepare for my inevitable absence and so that dogs can become comfortable with someone new. I am stepping away from all actual grooming aspects and getting my carpal tunnel and shoulder tear repaired. โค๏ธโ๐ฉนAs you all know, Iโve been dealing with it for a year or so and itโs getting harder to work with.
I will be out for an extended period of time shortly but you are all in the best of care as I handpicked my staff with nothing but utmost faith and trust in them. I appreciate everyoneโs concerns and I look forward to not being in so much pain after. If any of my prior groom dogs have difficult tendencies or behavioral concerns, I will be moving them to the most experienced groomers we have and if theyโre not comfortable performing their grooms, I will address this and give recommendations before I am no longer at work to help with them. ๐พ
