🚨 Appointment Policy Reminder 🚨
Just a friendly reminder that no call/no shows and last-minute cancellations make it very difficult to fill appointment spots, especially during busy seasons. Grooming appointments are reserved specifically for your pets, and missed appointments affect both my schedule and other clients waiting for openings.

✨ Effective immediately:
• No call/no shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment total.
• Last-minute cancellations may also be subject to a fee depending on timing.
• Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. I completely understand emergencies happen, and communication is always appreciated ❤️
