Less than 24 hours away from another awesome Reptile Show!!!

As I was scrolling Facebook this morning I came across this post from another reptile show. Unfortunately they had to cancel their show for tomorrow but if you notice, they did something that most others in the hobby wouldn’t, they mentioned 2 other shows happening today so that their followers still have a reptile show to go to, even if it’s not theirs.
Many patrons may not realize this but the vendors definitely do! Many show owners are downright nasty to other shows! I’ve heard of show owners that will try shutting down other shows (even 2+ hours away!) by lying, creating fake reviews with fake accounts, and much worse stuff just because they’re worried about ‘competition’.
I believe we think more like the Youngwood Reptile Expo in that as reptile lovers, we should ALL be talking each other up and not putting each other down!! We all share the same passion for this wonderful hobby and amazing animals, it’ll only benefit everyone to support each other in this amazing hobby!

Unfortunately they had to cancel their show for tomorrow but go follow their page to keep watch for their future shows! They may not be local to us, but I’m sure it’ll be worth the road trip to go check them out!!

Are you all ready for this Sunday?!
If my memory serves me correctly, last Aprils show and the April before were BOTH record breaking shows for the amount of people who came though, do you think we can do it for a third year in a row?!?
I believe our best turnout was over 1270 people, think we can cross 1500 with adults & kids? 🤔 Maybe we’ll toss out some extra show bucks if we can break another record 🙏😁

And just like that, there is only one more week to go untill the next show!! We are finishing up a few last min details, and we will have that list for everyone soon! It's going to be another great show, and in the past, April has been the biggest of the year, so you won't want to miss it!😁 One quick reminder to the vendors. Anyone interested in taking advantage of the prepaid discount must do so by 11:59 p.m. this Friday. To everyone else, we hope to see you this Sunday and watch for the vendor list in the next day or two!🦎🐢🕷🪳🐀🐇🐸🐍

With only 10 days left until the next reptile show, I guess we should let you know who to order your feeders from if you’ll need something specific!

We have 2 exclusive feeder vendors, Hill Top Fur Babies will be bringing live & frozen rodents & Big Sal's Feeder Farm & Reptile Supply will have live insects.
Although they both bring plenty, it’s never a bad idea to pre-order so they don’t sell out before you get what you need! 🤞
We’ll see you next Sunday, April 13th for another awesome show!! 😁

We’ve updated our vendor registration, which includes table fees, prepayment discounts, cancellation policy, etc.
We need ALL current vendors to fill out & return the vendor registration BEFORE the next show that you’re vending. Any vendors that do not sign & return the registration will NOT be allowed to vend until we get this back.
Current vendors do NOT need to contact us after filling this out but if you’re interested in becoming a new vendor with us, please send us a message after filling this out and we’ll add you to the wait list.
There’s a link on the main page of our website, you can fill it out & return it from your phone in under 5 minutes. We’ll also send a link to each vendor who hasn’t filled it out yet as we get closer to the next show, just in case some of you don’t see this post.

The show now has a new phone number. Vendors or anyone else that contacts us via call/text, PLEASE use this number from now on. This new number will allow all of us here at the show that respond to messages to see them at the same time. This number will be treated as a business number, meaning there may be certain hours, and possibly a day that we will be "closed," so response times will vary. This number change, along with a few other changes we are working on, should make it easier for you to contact us and make it easier for us to respond. To give everyone some time to adjust, until after the April show, we will still respond to the old numbers and direct you to the new number. After that, only the new number will respond to show related calls/ texts. Thank you all, and we can't wait to see everyone again in April!!
