To my amazing clients… this is a post I’ve put off writing for a long time. 🩵

When I first started grooming from home years ago, I had one goal in mind: to make professional grooming accessible while building relationships with the families who trusted me with their pets.

Since then, KMM has grown in ways I never imagined… 🥲

And as many of you know, the cost of literally everything has changed over the years. We’ve done our best to absorb those increases because we truly value each and every one of you. But after much thought (and plenty of hesitation), we’ve realized it’s time for our pricing to reflect the level of care, experience, time, and love that goes into every groom.

🚨 Beginning August 1st, our grooming prices will be increasing $5-20 depending on the service. 🚨

This decision wasn’t made lightly. In fact, it’s one I’ve wrestled with for quite some time. But in order to continue providing the quality service your pups deserve and keep doing what we love for years to come, it’s a necessary change. One that we hope you all will understand.

This is also a HUGE reminder/PSA to PLEASE pre-book your appointments in advance, as our schedule fills up quite quickly. 🗓️🙏🏼 The earlier you schedule, the better chance we have at accommodating the day/time that works best for you. We recommended scheduling 6-8 weeks out, and scheduling throughout the year if possible. We can always try to shift appointments around as things come up, but with many clients currently scheduling into holiday season and even next year, we’d rather have your spot on the books than have to leave you hanging.

Thank you for supporting us from our humble at-home grooming days to where we are today. Your loyalty, trust, and friendship mean more than you’ll ever know. We are so grateful to be a small part of your pets’ lives, and we can’t wait to continue loving on them for many years to come. ❤️🐾

Just a heads up! 🐾🌤️🌊

We will be out of the shop for a few days while we celebrate our boss, bride-to-be, and all-around favorite human before she says “I do!” 💍✨

In the meantime, feel free to help our girl relax and unwind by buying her a drink! 🍸 No pressure, but we know she’d appreciate a little honeymoon fund… we mean “hydration fund.” 😉

Thank you for keeping our bride-to-be feeling loved while she soaks up this special time. We’ll be back to making your pups look fabulous on Tuesday! ❤️
