This seed mix is very close to the blends used by some of the world's leading breeders, such as Maarten Heylen and Daniel Luetolf. The only notable components missing are yellow panicum and red panicum.

Nowadays, there is a strong emphasis on providing seed mixes that contain a wide variety of seeds sourced from different origins. The rationale behind this approach is that greater diversity may offer a broader range of nutrients, contributing to a more balanced and complete diet.

2026 Babies molting and resting. moved them to a flying cage.
Molting is a natural phenomena that happens in 2nd - 3rd months age when babies replaced their baby feathes with new long feathers
But adults birds also molts during summers or any stress or new changes. Dont be scared if you see lots of feathers in the bird room , just ensure there are no miltes and any other problems
Today I also give them 1st dose of Exzolt and will give them 2nd exactly after 6 days to ensure red mites dont bother them.
