Meet local community members, friends of the farm, practice yoga and set your intention for the day outside in the beautiful berry & flower farm of Gilroy. This group session will be co-led by two local fabulous instructors: CHRISTENE JOY MANGLAL-LAN GONZALES, Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach and Holistic Yoga Instructor, & KRISTEN SOSEMAN, Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Mentor, Sound Healer

The one hour and fifteen minute event will include:
🔹 15m Introduction & Intentions
🔹 45m Yoga Experience guided by .with.joy & Sound Bath Healing woven into the yoga experience by .soseman
🔹 15m Sound Healing Savasana
🔹 Light treats & refreshments
