Fritz is a handsome 2 year old Great Dane that came to see us for a Wellness Exam and his yearly vaccinations. We are happy to report that, while Fritz was a little shy of his new surroundings, he was a very good boy and did so well for his visit!

💕 We look forward to seeing him again in a few weeks for his booster vaccines!

🐶 Emma Jean recently came in to see Dr. Peters and our team when her owner noticed she began leaking urine and couldn't hold her bladder as well as she normally could. Dr. Peters performed a few diagnostics and ultimately started Emma Jean on antibiotics to treat a urinary tract infection (UTI)💊

🐾Two weeks later, Emma Jean came back to see us for a urinalysis recheck, and we are happy to report that her UTI has resolved and she is no longer leaking urine! We are so glad that this sweet girl is feeling more like herself!❤️

This big boy has grown into such a goofy, sweet, and social guy, and we fall more in love every time he comes in for a visit!💕

🐾 February's Pet of the Month winners are Betty and Fiona! These girls joined our boarding crew while their family made a trip out of town, and we fell in love with them instantly! 💕

"Betty is our sassy 15 year old tortoiseshell. I adopted Betty in 2015. She loves to sleep, snuggle in my lap, and boss Fiona around.

I just adopted Fiona in December, and she has quickly stolen our hearts. She is a sweet little 1 year old calico. She loves to watch the birds outside, hang out in my art studio, and generally follow me around.

🐶 This little girl was recently adopted from a local rescue and came to see us for her very first Wellness Exam, and we are happy to report that she was the goodest good girl! 🥰 She did so perfectly for her nose-to-tail examination and loved getting to make new friends with our team members!💕

Believe it or not, our feline companions can get pregnant as early as 4-6 months of age! 😮 A single unspayed female cat and her offspring can produce more than 400,000 cats in their lifetime.

👃Did you know that a dog's nose print is unique to them, much like human fingerprints?! A 2021 study done in Seoul found that canine nose prints are well-established at two months of age. Each puppy's nose print was assessed on a monthly basis until they reached a year old, and their nose prints were unchanging!🐾

🦁 This little lion was in this week for his Yearly Wellness Exam with vaccines, and we were so excited to see him! Cheddar has been seeing us since he was just a baby, and we can't believe he is already over a year old!🥰

🐾There is so much to enjoy working here at CAC, and one thing we love is getting to watch our patients grow and enter new stages of their lives. We love getting to be here for them along the way!
