I’m so proud of this dynamic duo! Entered the boys in Bell County Kennel Club’s Rally Obedience trial last weekend and they had some great runs. Both earned their Rally Intermediate titles and a qualifying leg towards their Rally Advanced titles.

Crusher placed in 3 out of 4 runs, taking home a 1st, 3rd, & 4th place ribbon and qualified in all 4 classes.

Sonny placed 2nd in 2 of his 4 classes and qualified in all 4 also.

I’m so very proud of their work ethic and how they kept it together, despite the pressures from the show environment.

Thanks to everyone who came out today to support Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter and attend our Dog Days and Dangers seminar. We had so much fun and hope you did too! If you couldn’t make it to this one, please check back in the future to see what else we may be cooking up.

✅ Mark your calendars and join us for our Dog Days AND Dangers of Summer seminar, this coming Saturday, July 26th, 3-5 pm.

We will be discussing topics such as heat stroke, the wet bulb effect, too hot to trot, dry drowning, basic first aid, emergency preparedness, and so much more. You don’t want to miss it!

Admission is $20 and with the money that we raise from this event, we will be making a donation to the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter to help them with their recent influx of residents due to the July 4 weekend floods. *This is a people only event.*

Sonny, Poppy and Crusher got to visit the Houston Dog Show today! They had so much fun strutting their stuff around the venue and getting lots of pets from adoring fans.

And last, but certainly not least, Sonny got his day at the spa today. That’s three Goldens in one week, 10 hours of bathing and blow drying. I need a vacation! Now please stay clean for 24 hours 🙏🤞😉.

It was Charlie’s turn today to be in the tub and on the table. I don’t know who’s more tired, Charlie or me, after 3 hours at it! But she was the luckier one, since she got to sneak in a nap after it was all said and done 😉.
