Fun weekend of challenging tests at Dog Town HRC club in Sylvania, Ga. A huge thank you to the club for putting on a good weekend despite some nasty weather. I am proud of my crew and their accomplishments this fall test season. We got several new titles on some young dogs. I am really excited to see what they can accomplish in the spring. Also a huge thank you to the owners for letting us train and handle these fine animals.

Made a trip to Georgia this weekend for our last Fall HRC Hunt Test of 2025. I am proud of my crew for doing well in some very challenging tests. We are coming home with 2 new Hunting Retriever Champions!

5 marks and a blind through mowed broom straw strips for the gun dogs. We used ducks during this setup to put a lot of scent in the field. Got some good corrections in the drag back(scent areas).

Tie out time for Tate. Learning some patience while the other dogs work around him. Tate is out of the litter we recently whelped for our buddy at Savannah River Retrievers. These pups are turning out to be really nice dogs!

Always save duck wings after you clean your birds! A wing taped on a bumper is just as good as a bird!

Working with Powder this morning on some obedience. Powder is owned by and is one of their American line labrador females. We have trained 2 of her uncles, her grand parents, and both parents! Powder has a bright future with a lot of ribbons coming her way!
