🐾 Bow Wow Grooming Policies & Fees 🐾

My time matters, and so does yours. To keep appointments running smoothly and fairly for everyone, the following fees may apply:

• Late Fee: Starting at $5 for arrivals more than 10 minutes late, unless excused by me.

• No-Show Fee: $15 (or half of your appointment cost) for missed appointments without notice, unless there is a genuine emergency.

• Difficult Dog Fee: Starting at $5 for pets requiring extra handling, time, or assistance. Fee may be waived at my discretion.

• Matting Fee: Starting at $10 depending on the severity of matting and additional time required.

• Flea/Tick Fee: Starting at $10+ if fleas or ticks are found during the grooming appointment.

• De-Shedding Fee: Starting at $25+ for excessive undercoat removal and extra brushing time.

• Puppy Training Fee: Starting at $5+ for puppies needing extra patience, handling, and grooming training.

• Holiday/Specialty Add-Ons: Seasonal services, creative grooming, specialty shampoos, and add-on treatments are available for an additional charge.

Please remember: Appointment times are reserved specifically for your pet. Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and excessive lateness affect other clients and my business.
