Hi all! I have a surgery date of February 12 for knee replacement. Right now I don't know how long i will be out, but it won't be too long!
We also have my other groomer Serenity here so no worries, we got you covered!

So it's a new year, and that means new policies for appointments.
Once again, I'm going to reiterate about Cancelations and no shows. I'm getting tired of dealing with new people setting up appointments and then not showing up. SO, we now are requiring a deposit. I now take Cash app and PayPal. For cancellations/deposits ONLY.
Cancelations fees are on a "per customer" basis, because of course not everyone will get a cancelation fee.
I require 24hr notice of cancel, and if you set up an appt, your new, and you ignore texts and no show, you will NOT get another appointment. That tells me all I need to know about you as a client. Last year has been horrible for this and Cancellations. And it's already starting this year.

Hi all! For those of you who know about my knee surgery. It did NOT happen last week! So I'm at work, until it happens. Lol
I have an appointment with a new orthopedic surgeon this week so stay tuned! 🤪🙄

Hi all! Still time to get in this week! But...... starting next week is the Christmas rush. Cancelations/moving appointments are getting out of control already, so just know if you cancel or move, you run the risk of not getting in. I understand everyone is busy, but so are we, and
After Christmas, on the 30th, I am having knee replacement on my right knee. We will be closed that week (30th-3rd)
But will re open the following week on the 6th. Serenity will be here hopefully I'll be back the following week.
So consequently, we are booked from next week out, until 2nd week of January.
