A couple things to address:

First-
Prices will be going up slightly. I have NOT raised prices in years.

Second-
Cancelations have been absolutely out of control!
I will be confirming a few days in advance now.
Any cancelation less than 48 hrs notice will get charged a cancelation fee.

If you are a new client and you "no call no show" on your FIRST Appointment, I will NOT reschedule you.

If you no call no show, you will also get charged a no show fee.
Especially if I confirmed and you ignored the text.

This is a big problem for many groomers, hair salons, nail salons, doctors offices, etc
And they all charge for cancelations and no shows.
