In observance of Memorial day, our hospital will be closed on Monday, May 26th.

Did you know that Dr. Wisser has a lifetime of experience with exotic pets?
It all began when she was a young child when she and her family had a variety of them in addition to her years of experience riding horses. She had a menagerie of her own exotic pets including rabbits, birds, and other small mammals including cats and dogs.

During her time in veterinary school, she geared her studies towards all species. She also acquired additional training during her rotation with board certified exotics specialists. She has been working with exotics patients ever since!

Some interesting cases she's had over the years include performing a c-section on a sugar glider, bladder stone removal in a guinea pig, and several surgeries on hedgehogs, to name a few! She removed a uterine tumor, performed an eye enucleation (removal), and a toe amputation on 3 different hedgehogs! They all recovered wonderfully.

You can trust the care of your small critters whether feathered, furry or scaly, in Dr. Wisser's experienced hands!

🐾It's walk-in Wednesday! Today from 9:00am-3:00pm we are accepting walk-ins for wellness, illness and urgent care for dogs, cats, as well as exotic patients! (If your pet is experiencing an emerency, we urge you to call ahead at 585-519-4141)
🦜For Cats and Exotics: Please use the entrance at the front of the building.
🐶For Dogs: Please use the wheelchair accessible entrance at the far end of the building.

🐾Don't forget! Walk-in Wednesday is tomorrow! Come in between the hours of 9am-3pm for urgent concerns, illness and wellness care, or vaccinations.
🐱Dr. Wisser offers all of the above for multiple species; dogs, cats, reptiles, small mammals and avian patients alike.
💓We offer in-house diagnostics and services including ultrasound, radiographs (x-ray), blood work, and more.
🌷We have two waiting areas, so be sure to come in the right entrance for your pet:
Our canine entrance offers a wheelchair accessible ramp located at the far end of the building, while our Cat & Exotics entrance is accessed by a staircase. This allows us to offer a quieter, less stressful atmosphere, especially for our more sensitive patients.
