Meet the Team Tuesday (since yesterday was Labor Day 😉) 🐾

This week we’re shining the spotlight on Cheryl D., one of our wonderful Client Service Representatives here at Twin Tails! 🌟

Cheryl has been part of the veterinary world for over 27 years, with most of her experience on the administrative side. She has a huge soft spot for animals and loves being the friendly face that welcomes clients and their pets into our hospital.

When she’s not at Twin Tails, Cheryl enjoys crafting, reading, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and her four rescue pets, two dogs and two cats. 💙

We’re so lucky to have Cheryl’s experience, warmth, and love for animals as part of the Twin Tails family! 🐶🐱

✏️🍎 Back to School… VetMed style! 🐾

We’ve loved seeing all of your adorable back-to-school photos, so we thought it was only fair to share our own. Our Twin Tails team are about to wrap up our first two months of school here at the hospital, and we’re pretty proud of how far we’ve come already!

From “first day jitters” to making new friends (both two- and four-legged), we’re settling right in and excited for what’s ahead. Here’s to learning, growing, and caring for the pets we love most! 💙

Meet the Team Monday 🐾

This week we’re spotlighting Kyra, one of our amazing Veterinary Technicians here at Twin Tails! 🌟

Kyra joined the veterinary field in 2022 and has quickly become known for her compassion, positive energy, and dedication to every patient she cares for. She brings professionalism and heart to every interaction, always supporting her team and comforting clients when they need it most.

Outside of work, Kyra tends to her calico cat, Bean, along with a few of the many reptiles she proudly calls her own. She’s also pursuing a degree in radiology technology, all while continuing to make a difference, one paw at a time.

We’re so lucky to have Kyra as part of the Twin Tails family! 💙

Meet the Team Monday 🐾

This week we are spotlighting Amanda, one of our dedicated Client Service Representatives here at Twin Tails! 🌟

Amanda has been working in customer service since 2008, and in 2018 she discovered her passion for the veterinary field. She loves combining her care for animals with her commitment to providing exceptional service, creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and their pets.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and their three cats, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing by the pool whenever she can.

Her passion and care make her an amazing part of the Twin Tails family!

🐾Meet the Team Monday 🐾

Say hello to Jill C., one of our skilled and caring Licensed Veterinary Technicians here at Twin Tails! 🌟

Jill graduated from the University of Delaware in 2008 and earned her Veterinary Technician License in 2010. Over the years, she’s gained a wealth of experience working in general practice, alongside a board-certified veterinary dentist, and with a house call veterinarian.

She’s passionate about puppy and kitten socialization, dentistry, and caring for our senior pets. Jill loves educating pet owners, whether it’s offering tips on house training, helping pets get comfortable with teeth brushing, or sharing ways to “senior-proof” a home for elderly pets.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys practicing yoga, gardening, cheering on the Phillies, and getting lost in a good book. She also fosters neonatal kittens in her spare time and is the proud fur mom to two adorable cats, Naru and Haddie.

We’re lucky to have Jill as part of the Twin Tails family!
