Hi! My name is Pearl! I'm a five year old, black cat up for adoption through Helping Hands Pet Rescue. I came to Helping Hands with a yucky skin infection.

After visiting the vet a lot, they think I'm mainly just allergic to fleas (yuck), and my skin is a lot better since my foster mom gives me flea prevention twice a month. They're still trying different types of foods with me, and I'm doing really well! My favorite things to do are chowing down on delicious kitty chow, snuggling with my foster mom, and chatting with the birds outside. I may be a mature kitty cat, but I love to play with the stuffed mice my foster mom brings me. Doesn't she know that I'm supposed to bring the mice to her? Not the other way around! My foster mom says I'm very adventurous. I love to explore around the house and perch precariously on the edge of the tub. I would be a funny and loving addition to any forever home!
