A Heartfelt Announcement from Dr. Brandenburg and The Veterinary Center at Hunter’s Crossing!

We are excited to introduce the newest member of the TVC Family - Vivian, Dr Brandenburg’s precious baby girl!
Born on February 10th, Vivian is already filling our hearts with joy and love.
As Dr Brandenburg enjoys this special time with her little one, our amazing team at The Vet Center is here to provide you and your pets with the best care! We appreciate your support as we celebrate this precious moment in Dr. Brandenburg’s life.

Meet the team that will be providing your pets with exceptional care while Dr. Brandenburg is on maternity leave!

Dr. Andrew Kicera, originally from upstate New York, earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Florida in 2015. Since graduating, he has gained valuable experience in preventative medicine, patient care, client relations, and soft tissue surgery, working in both general practice and shelter clinic settings. Outside of work, Dr. Kicera enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their assortment of animals. He is also a passionate hobby beekeeper, fascinated by the world of bees and the importance of pollinators. In addition, he loves snorkeling the reefs in South Florida and exploring new places through travel. Dr. Kicera has been with TVC since 2023 and is now a full-time part of the family!

Dr. Julie-Anne Corda grew up in Connecticut. She moved to Florida to attend University of Florida where she received her BS in Animal Sciences, MS in Animal Sciences and then graduated from University of Florida CVM in 2001. Dr. Corda’s interests include preventative medicine and soft tissue surgery. She lives in Gainesville, Florida with her husband, two sons, two rats, one lizard, two chickens, three dogs and three cats. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and traveling. Dr. Corda has been a member of TVC since 2017.

The Veterinary Center at Hunter’s Crossing will be closing at 5pm this evening to allow our staff to get home safely before the storm. Please come by before then if you need any services or medications ahead of Hurricane Milton.

We will be open normal hours tomorrow (8am-6pm) Thursday, October 10th as long as we have power and our staff can get to the hospital safely.
