🌈Meet 'Nala' Sanchez!

💙 Nala (and her cute pink pig🐷) came in recently for a TPLO Surgery performed by Dr. Stanley at our Tower Hill location. A TPLO, or Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy, is the most common and successful surgery because it stabilizes the knee joint in dogs that have ruptured their CCL(Cranial Cruciate Ligament). 💛💛 We are pleased to report that Nala is doing “phenomenal”, according to family!

🌈 Meet Jax! 🦴 This handsome guy was in recently for an annual dental cleaning and panoramic radiographs, which were taken while under sedation. Sedation allows us to obtain the best quality radiographs and no stress for Jax. Dr. Stanley utilized Vet-tome Atraumatic Extraction on Jax, which results in a quicker, less invasive way to extract teeth. On top of that, it saves both time and bone, while minimizing trauma. Competitive ‘before and after’ pictures are standard practice here at CCVS.

🟨 Meet K9 Penny! She was brought in recently by her handlers with the North Florida Search Team. (NFST is an awesome, fully volunteer non-profit Search and Rescue organization in North Florida.)
🟦K9 Fancy also visited us recently. We loved seeing them, and we appreciate having great relationships with organizations like NFST, who want to see their beautiful working K9s get the best care possible.

🦷🦷🦷🦷👀 Did you know that Panoramic dental imaging can be performed on the day of your consultation visit at CCVS Tower Hill? The use of sedation medication that is administered during the appointment allows for a quick scan of the entire mouth. It captures a single image incorporating the upper and lower jaw, all teeth, sinuses, dental arches and surrounding structures. 🟦

Our outpatient dentistry services vary from Comprehensive Oral Health & Treatment (COHAT)...to Atraumatic Extractions...to Panoramic radiographs for full mouth view under sedation.

We are essentially a 'One-Stop-Shop' for the ultimate in pet dentistry.

"My standard poodle had been evaluated for a lesion on his gum. Dr. Stanley reviewed all the possible scenarios and explained everything in perfect detail. I was allowed to "camp out" in one of their comfy consultation rooms while Fozzie Bear was in his procedure. Once finished they brought my sweet boy to rest with me in the room. His gum looks great and the tooth was preserved. I would highly recommend 👌🏼 👍🏻 ☺️".
