🎃🐾 Sailor is getting into the Halloween spirit with our techs Lindsey and Julie! 👻🧡

With Halloween right around the corner remember that spooky season can come with some spooky dangers for our pets!

🍬 Keep the candy out of paw’s reach! Chocolate, sugar-free candy containing xylitol and other Halloween treats can be dangerous for your pets. Refrain from giving your pet ANY type of candy.

🐾 A few more safety reminders:
🎃 Keep candy bowls and treat bags somewhere pets can’t reach.
🚪 Watch your door for dashing pets while handing out treats.
🕯️ Keep candles and decorations out of curious paw’s reach.
🍬 You can always remind little trick-or-treaters not to share their candy with furry friends.

We want everyone including our furry friends to have a HAPPY and SAFE Halloween! 🧡🎃

Meet Stella! 🐾💕

One of the best things you can do with a puppy is help them get desensitized to being handled. Touching their paws, ears, checking their teeth and getting them used to gentle restraint will make grooming and veterinary visits much less stressful as they grow up. 🐶

Stella is learning that these experiences can be PAWsitive (especially when treats are involved 😋)
Those little moments now WILL help build confidence for years to come

Hurley was all smiles and cuddles during his neuter procedure/recovery. 🐾💙

From surgery to recovery, Hurley was in great hands with our team. One of our surgical techs, Britan, helped care for Hurley during his neuter procedure before he enjoyed some well earned recovery cuddles and showed off his silly post-op personality.

We’re happy to see this sweet boy doing so well! If your pet is in need of a spay or neuter, give us a call to learn more or schedule an appointment.

🐱💙 Senior cats deserve a little extra care and a lot of extra love!

When our feline friends age, changes in their health can be subtle and easy to miss. Regular wellness exams and routine bloodwork can help detect age-related conditions early, which also allows us to provide the best care possible!

*Ask about any senior check up appointment where we can create a plan tailored to your pets individual needs and goals.

Common signs to watch for in senior cats:
🐾 Weight loss or gain
🐾 Increased thirst or urination
🐾 Changes in appetite
🐾 Decreased activity or mobility
🐾 Changes in grooming habits

If your senior kitty is due for a checkup, talk with your veterinarian about the best wellness plan for their needs. 🩺✨
