Welcome to our series highlighting success stories from our medical team! 🏥🐱🐶 We are so grateful for our clinical staff and our veterinarian, Dr. Krider, who guides our efforts. 🩺🐾

The shelter is filled with animals that have lived through harrowing struggles; everything from old to young has a tale to tell! We want to introduce you to a spunky little girl with a big meow—Bobcat. 🐱 Bobcat A020325 came in with a bruised and broken tail down to the bone. 🤕 After some support from medical staff and the doctor's handy work, she is back on her feet and ready for a fresh start!

We are absolutely wild about our little Bobcat and hope this fabulous lady finds a forever home. 🐾

Regina is THAT girl.✨ She's not just a pretty face; Regina is SO fetch!💕 She loves making friends, and she can't contain her excitement when she first meets you. After she gets some zoomies out, she's a great girl. She walks well on a leash, and she doesn't mind the barking dogs as she passes them. She loves prancing around the play yard and playing fetch. 🤩 There's a 100% chance you're already obsessed with Regina. Pets with microchips are 5X more likely to return home safely than pets without them. Are your animals chipped already? 🤩 Make sure your registration information is up-to-date with your current phone number and address. 🐾

Hollandaise (mom) is sweeter than the jelly on toast, and who wouldn’t want to start their morning with the cutest breakfast bunch (Quiche, Omelet, & Scramble)?!🍳🥚 This family is in need of a cozy and quiet foster home ASAP!🏡 The shelter environment is not ideal due to the risk of diseases for these young puppies. All supplies and support will be provided. Bonus-mom will do all the work! So why not try out fostering?🐾

✨ Happy Tails Update! ✨

Happy (now Harko) was a long-stay staff favorite at the Fresno Animal Center. He was sweet and loving, but unfortunately, became very kennel stressed while in our care. He found a wonderful foster home and was eventually adopted. However, it wasn't a great fit for him, and he was returned to us. 🥺 Happy went back into his foster home and kept searching for the perfect person to come along. Thankfully, his wishes were heard, and along came Lucille! Lucille drove 8 hours to adopt our sweet boy! Harko and Lucille are the perfect match. 💕 We are excited to see how wonderful Harko is doing in his new home, and we are happy for all of the future adventures these two will have! 🥰🐶

All adoption fees are currently waived and include spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, and flea/tick treatment. 🐾 Please consider opening up your home to a shelter animal in need!

Meet our sweetie Stevie! 🐕💘

Stevie A020071 is a female 1-year-old Shepherd mix with a lot of love to give. 💕 Stevie immediately rolls over, showing her tummy and asking for belly rubs when you enter her kennel. 🥰 Her leash skills are top tier—she is fantastic on a leash and doesn’t pull at all! Stevie can be a little nervous with loud noises, but she is very comfortable around her human. She enjoys playing with stuffed toys and cruising around the play yard. 🌞 Stevie is a great girl looking for the perfect adopter to give her all the cuddles she wants. 😍
