A new guest at Simmons Sit & Stay! This lovely lady was rescued off streets near First and Ashlan, brought to Fresno Animal Center, given free meds and a voucher for free spay, and has come to stay with us until she finds her forever home. She gets along well with our small dogs and our big dogs, is quiet in the crate at night, and all 5 lbs of her likes to be held. Interested parties can message me about this sweet small girl!

Maggie’s time at Camp Simmons is coming to an end and she still needs a furever home! She is housebroken and very loyal, good with other dogs. She has been through a lot and we will miss her but want to see her go to her very own home. Please share! She is available for adoption from Fresno Animal Center.

Incredible girls for some lucky families! McGonagall (Maggie) is from Fresno Animal Center. Her 8 pups are gone but she has adopted Nova who is a singleton I’m fostering for Central California SPCA. Maggie is housebroken, good with other dogs, great on a leash, and sleeps all night in her crate. Nova is very intelligent and friendly with people and other dogs. She seems to be a husky/terrier mix. She uses her p*e pads and will be easy to train. She will be on ABC30 Action News this week!

Our latest guests are McGonagal and her 8 pupils, fresh out of Hogwarts! I can’t emphasize enough how sweet this mama dog is! Doesn’t jump up, wants to be glued to your hip. Understands no, lets you know when she needs to be let out. Very good with other dogs.

She has some unique traits. A natural half tail (all the wag, none of the destruction!) and a white slash across the iris of one eye.
