Edna, 15 years, arrived stray and has clearly not had the easiest of life in recent days. Edna was likely an outdoor cat judging from her ear tip, but she's the sweetest petite gal who says she enjoys affection (despite her rbf) and would enjoy spending her senior years safe and in a loving home. If you have room in your heart and home, Edna would love for you to consider coming to meet/adopt her and give her a soft landing in retirement. Edna is at the shelter, available for meets, Tuesday through Saturday, between noon and 4. Please bring a carrier if hoping to adopt a cat.

Meet Zelda! 🐾✨
​Look at this sweet, resilient face! At just 9 weeks old, little Zelda has already proven herself to be an absolute fighter.
​Zelda was transferred into our rescue from a local shelter partner. When she first arrived, she was incredibly sick. She had just been seen by an emergency veterinarian for a severe upper respiratory infection that left her barely able to breathe. Even the simplest things, like eating and drinking, were a massive struggle because they would trigger uncontrollable coughing fits. It was heartbreaking to watch such a tiny kitten fight so hard just to catch her breath.
​But what a difference a few weeks, the right antibiotics, and a whole lot of TLC can make! It has been quite the journey for our little Zelda, but we are overjoyed to report that she is now thriving, breathing easy, and showing off her adorable personality.
​We are so incredibly proud of her recovery and grateful to everyone who supports our rescue so we can give kittens like Zelda the second chance they truly deserve.
