Public Service Announcement:
You might think we’re getting our Frankenweenie on for Halloween , but I want to remind all dog owners the importance of a daily “snout to tail” check. Obviously, we Boxer lovers know how important this is, but everyone should do it. Start at the top of your pup’s head and feel every inch of them. These incisions look bad, but mast cell tumors were caught early (1.5-2.0 cm lumps) that were removed with wide margins to keep those nasty things from coming back. He was out of it yesterday, but already back on his feet today.
