Paws 4 Thought Dog Training K9 Nosework classes. Nose work or scent work is a fun activity for both you and your dog. It is also fun for the handler!

It is especially good for the over-active dog, reactive dog, shy dog or any dog that loves having a job to do.

Dana was one of the first participants to be certified as an instructor for the K9 Nose Work® curriculum approved by the National Association of Canine Scent Work, LLC. She is proud to be a founding faculty member, certifying official, and judge for sanctioned NACSW trials across the country.

Competed with Cooper last weekend (going for our nosework 3 title) . First trial in over 1 year. We had fun! He got 8 out of 10 hides including a blank room (no odor and he told me so!). We did not title, but hope to be able to trial again before another year goes by. He turns 11 in Sept!

Worked at the Minturn Nose work trials last weekend! It was alot of fun with nice people and great competitors!

Busy working with classes getting ready for the upcoming ORT (odor recognition test) being hosted by us on November 8, 2014 at Zinn Dog Training in Wheatridge. Lots to do, should be fun!!
