Theo and Ellie made their very first trip to the farmers market today!

Getting two Goldendoodle puppies to look at the camera at the same time? Absolutely impossible. 😂 But being adorable? They’ve clearly mastered that already.

Today is Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day. 🌈🐾

Today we remember the ones who left paw prints on our hearts that time could never erase. They may no longer walk beside us, but the love they gave us never really leaves.

For every good boy, every good girl, every wagging tail, wet nose and beautiful soul we’ve had to say goodbye to.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever part of our story. 🌈

Last weekend at the farmers market, I overheard a little kid get REALLY excited about coming to their favorite “doggy bakery.”
And it got me thinking about core memories.
This picture is of me and my sister with our grandma when we were little. I have so many memories from those years of the places she took us, the things we did together, and those ordinary little days that I had no idea at the time would stick with me for the rest of my life.
It’s funny how that happens. You don’t know you’re making a core memory while you’re making it.
When I started Cosmic Dog Bakery, I just wanted to make really good treats for dogs and have some fun doing it. I never thought about the possibility that our little booth at the farmers market might become part of someone else’s childhood memories.
But hearing that little kid so excited about going to their favorite “doggy bakery” made me realize that maybe it already has.
Maybe someday they’ll remember Saturday mornings at the market with their family, walking around, seeing all the vendors, and getting excited because the doggy bakery was there.

And I think that’s pretty darn special. 🥹

We’ll be back at the Franklin Farmers Market this Saturday from 8-12. Come see us, grab something for your favorite pup, and make a few memories while you’re there. 🐶🪐

During the week, I’m usually up to my elbows in dough, baking, packaging, prepping, and doing my best to make every Cosmic Dog treat with lots of love and the best ingredients I can.
Then market day comes, and THIS is my reward. 🥹
Watching Rowan plop down at my booth to enjoy their Stellar S’more and getting to meet an absolutely adorable 4-month-old St. Bernard puppy with paws approximately the size of my head.
All the late nights, busy days, and endless baking are beyond worth it when I get to see your dogs enjoying something I made just for them. 🐶🪐

Daisy Mae has officially informed me that soggy treats, thunderstorms, and summer colds are all unacceptable. She may even be drafting a strongly worded complaint to Mother Nature. ☔

So after much thought, Cosmic Dog Bakery is going to sit this Saturday out from the Franklin Farmers Market. I’m taking one more day to finish kicking this pesky summer bug 🦠, and we’ll be back next week with fresh treats and wagging tails!

Meet Peanut! 🥜

She may only be a little bigger than a real peanut, but her personality is absolutely larger than life! 💛

This sweet 4-month-old stopped by to visit me at the Franklin Farmers Market today, and she had everyone wrapped around those tiny paws in no time. Between that adorable little face and a heart full of confidence, it’s impossible not to fall in love.
