Snuck 2 of Nellie’s girls away for a photo shoot and my son thought they were cute enough to eat, he tried to take a bite! (No babies, human or hedgehog, were harmed for these pictures)

Got a little sneak of Nellie and Blitzen’s babies. Poor Nellie, they really take after their dad. From first glance, I have at least 2 girls, possibly 3. They will all be looking for new homes here soon!

Nothing says “Summer Time!” like hoglets in the nest!
Nellie, a first time mom, had 4 babies early Tuesday morning and we are so excited! She has been a great mom so far so I look forward to watching them grow over the next few weeks.

We spent most of today and last night doing deep cleans on our hedgehog bins and accessories and giving baths to the hedgies. I stopped to snap these pictures of Blitzen being photogenic as heck after his bath.
Bolt is our crabby guy in the last picture, he was very mad about his bath.

Sweet mama Clementine is still looking for her forever retirement home! She is so sweet and gorgeous and would be great for a first time or experienced home. She is ready to go this weekend. PM for info.

We've been keeping a secret and we feel today, April First is the best day to share it! We wanted to wait until it was quill-perfect, but we've created a new breed of hedgehog right here at Hepworth Hogs and we're bursting to share! They won't be going on sale just yet since they're single-baby specialists, but stay tuned for updates! We're still debating breed names, my daughter is pushing for 'Fluffy' or 'Stuffy', but nothing is set in stone yet. I'm all ears for suggestions, let's hear them!
