A playful and meaningful session focused on letting go of frustrations and worries.

Help your child or teen build confidence, connection, and lifelong social skills in a fun, supportive environment! 💬🤝

✨ Middle School Social Skills Group (Ages ~10–13)
📅 Wednesdays | 4:30–5:30 pm
Designed especially for neurodivergent middle school-aged children, this group focuses on:
✔️ Communication Skills
✔️ Emotion Regulation
✔️ Building Peer Relationships
✔️ Growing Confidence
Led by experienced licensed mental health professionals, kids will learn and practice social skills through engaging, structured activities.

✨ Teen Social Skills Group (Ages ~13–17)
📅 Wednesdays | 5:30–7:00 pm
Teens join us at The Ranch for hands-on activities that build friendships and confidence:
