Don’t forget about our self-serve dog wash station! 🐶🛁

If your pup needs a bath but you don’t feel like dealing with the mess at home, come see us at Rosie’s! Our self serve dog wash is located right inside our store on Main Street in Frankenmuth.

The dog wash is open every day from 6 AM to 10 PM, so you can stop in whenever it works best for you, even if the shop is closed!

We provide the shampoo (on top of the machine), fresh towels, and a blow dryer attached right to the wash station.

The machine is cash only and works like a vending machine. It’s only $10 to get started with 10 minutes of bath time. If you need a little longer, just add $1, $5, or $10 bills for additional time.

No more muddy bathtub, no more wet bathroom and no more cleaning up dog hair from the shower drain!

Let your dog shake off at Rosie’s, not in your bathroom! 🐾

🐾 Happy National Dog Day! 🐾

Today we’re celebrating our wonderful store mascot, Rosie, and our resident quality control treat tester, Reggie! These two have brought so much love, joy, and personality into our lives, and we’re pretty sure we’re not the only ones who feel that way about our dogs.

Dogs have a way of making every day a little better; whether they’re greeting us at the door, keeping us company, making us laugh, or simply sitting by our side.

So today, give your dog a little extra love. An extra treat, a longer walk, a new toy, or just a few more cuddles than usual. They deserve it!

Piper is one of our regular grooming clients here at Rosie’s Pet Supply, and she always leaves looking like a brand new girl! As you can see, our groomer Caitlyn knows her way around all types of coats, from curly and fluffy to straight and sleek.

Piper is such a sweet girl and cruises through her appointments like a champ. 🐾

Whether your dog needs a full groom, a good clean up, or just a little spiffing up, Caitlyn is happy to work with all sizes, breeds, and coat types. With 10 years of grooming experience, she knows how to bring out the best in every dog that comes through the door.

Your dog deserves a groomer who genuinely cares! 🐾🐕

These are just a few of the cute pups Caitlyn groomed this week, and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! Caitlyn has over 10 years of grooming experience and does an amazing job with dogs of all breeds and sizes. She takes her time, pays attention to the little details, and makes sure every dog leaves looking and feeling their best.

Caitlyn also offers CAT GROOMING 🐱services every Saturday, by appointment only!

To our wonderful grooming clients,

First, we want to thank each and every one of you for trusting us with your pets. We truly appreciate your support and love being able to care for them!

Recently, we've experienced a significant increase in last minute cancellations and missed appointments. Unfortunately, when this happens, it's nearly impossible to fill those appointment times on short notice, leaving our groomer with lost income and preventing other pets from receiving the care they need.

To help us continue providing the best service possible, we will be enforcing our existing cancellation policy and will now require a credit or debit card to reserve all grooming appointments.

Our grooming policy is as follows:

Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment so we can stay on schedule for all of our clients.

Card on File: A credit or debit card will be required when booking your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment for grooming services will still be made in person at the end of your appointment. The card on file will only be used if a late cancellation or no-show fee applies.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen, and we will always do our best to work with you when emergencies arise. This policy simply helps us protect our groomer's schedule and ensures appointment times remain available for clients who are waiting to book.

Thank you for your understanding and for continuing to support Rosie's Pet Supply. We look forward to seeing you and your furry family members soon! ❤️🐾
