We just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has donated to Rosie’s GoFundMe so far! ❤️

The amount of love and support we’ve received has been incredible, and it means more to us than we can put into words. Because of your generosity, we were able to get Rosie’s eye surgery scheduled for next Tuesday!

As many of you know, Rosie is more than just our store mascot. She’s family, and she’s loved by so many people who come through our doors. Knowing that so many people care about her has been a huge comfort during a stressful time.

Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers as we get closer to surgery day. We are hoping for the best possible outcome and a smooth recovery.

Many of you know Rosie as the greeter, mascot, and treat tester at Rosie’s Pet Supply. Recently, we noticed that one of her beautiful brown eyes started getting darker. Since it was a pretty noticeable change, we took her to the vet on June 1st to find out what was going on.

After her appointment, we learned that Rosie has a Ciliary Body Adenoma, which is a tumor inside her left eye. The good news is that she is not in pain and is still her happy, silly self. The bad news is that the tumor needs to be removed before it has a chance to affect her vision or cause further complications.

Right now, our best case scenario is removing the tumor before any damage is done to her eye. If it continues to grow, it could eventually affect her eyesight and potentially require the removal of her eye. The surgery is estimated to cost between $3,500 and $4,000.

This was definitely not something we were expecting, but anyone who knows us knows that Rosie is family. She means the world to us, and we want to do everything we can to get her the care she needs as quickly as possible.

We’ve created a GoFundMe to help with the cost of her surgery. If anyone feels compelled to donate, no matter the amount, we would be incredibly grateful. If donating isn’t possible, sharing this post would help just as much.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for loving Rosie as much as we do. Life threw us a bit of a curveball, but we’re determined to get our girl the treatment she needs and keep her happy and healthy for many more years to come.

Reggie begrudgingly had his grooming appointment today! While he firmly believes that having his paws touched should be illegal, Caitlyn once again worked her magic and got the job done.

We are so grateful to have Caitlyn at Rosie’s Pet Supply. She treats every pet with patience, kindness, and respect, while taking the time to make even the most reluctant clients feel more comfortable.

Don’t forget about the Dog Bowl in Frankenmuth this weekend! 🐶🐾

Rosie’s Pet Supply won’t have a booth this year, but Rosie and Reggie will still be out and about enjoying the fun!

Need to clean up your pup before the event? Our self serve dog wash is open every day from 6 AM to 10 PM.
